The company's overall performance not only did not decline, but also achieved growth in sales and profits this year.
Faced with the impact of these unfavorable factors, with the strong support of the General Hospital and the hard work of all our colleagues and partners in Jingan, we finally achieved the expected goal. In 2012, the company comprehensively promoted development through "expanding production, improving technology, and integrating funds". Expansion of production-the newly built Quzhou base and the smooth commissioning of its mound production line also helped the headquarters to completely solve the problem of insufficient supply of raw materials for production, enabling self-production and self-use, effectively reducing production costs. On the basis of the production of the Quzhou base and the expansion of the Beijing headquarters, we will continue to develop new users and new products required by them. Improved technology-There have been major breakthroughs in the processing of photomask substrates and wafers, and mass production capabilities have been formed. A number of proprietary technologies have been formed in special-shaped and special-specification control rods, and the degree of mechanization, production efficiency, and yield have been further improved. Integrating funds-integrating self-operated funds and appropriations from the General Hospital, the production line has been transformed, the necessary equipment has been purchased, the production line layout has become more reasonable, and the production capacity will be greatly increased, laying a solid foundation for further expansion of production scale.
In 2013, we will continue to develop and grow the company: 1.
